IDS HLS Division will demonstrate its proprietary Biometric Encrypted USB Flash Drive to the Security and Financial Industries during the ISC West Security Convention.  HLS has already received a contract for $50 Million of the proprietary flash drives as an initial order for the Healthcare Industry to meet HIPAA requirements for the security and portability of patients medical records.

IDS executives will meet with money managers and institutional investors in New York after the record date of April 28, 2006 that has been established for the one time Special Dividend related to the Homeland Security (HLS) transaction.  IDS report will highlight the astronomical growth of the HLS Division overseas, the new state-of-the-art VOIP Video Security Monitoring call center, and the new advanced 995ad.com internet portal. IDS software programmers and hardware engineers have spent the past 3 months completely reprogramming the 995ad.com site in a more advanced PG SQL programming language used by portals such as Yahoo that improves loading and search speeds by 800%.
