Chef George Stella Inspires Thousands to Lose Weight

Thousands of people from across the country claim they were inspired by George Stella and his family to lose weight. In a time when obesity in America is on everybody's lips, the Stella Family are taking matters into their own hands.

George Stella, his wife, and two sons have all lost weight together, a total of 560 pounds! This first family of weight loss has spent the past five years sharing their incredible story, weight loss tips, and their amazing recipes with others throughout the United States.

Chef George Stella’s Food Network show "Low Carb and Lovin’ It" and two bestselling motivational cookbooks, "Livin’ Low Carb" and "Eating Stella Style" are well known for not only inspiring thousands to lose weight, but for exciting the taste buds with great recipes made from easy to find fresh foods that anyone can get in their local supermarket.

Thousands of people from all across the country claim they were inspired by George Stella and his family to lose weight  themselves.  They meet at George’s very own website to discuss their progress, weight loss tips, recipes, and even offer help to others.  Regular people like April Vanarsdall, who lost 175 pounds in 15 months livin’ it Stella Style, have become inspirational heroes.  “This way of life saved my life, George and his family saved my life.  Literally!!!!” attests April.

George Stella’s simple philosophy on eating, which he calls Stella Style,” is as simple as shopping the outside aisles of your grocery store. Or as he says, “eat outside the box,” an obvious knock towards prepackaged processed foods.

George Stella claims that what appeared to be the end of the Low Carb craze in fact was just the inevitable disappearance of those “so called Low Carb products”.  George says “They were marketing products with chemicals and fillers to people that only eat fresh, healthy foods… just because the low carb products are coming off of store shelves doesn’t mean millions of Americans aren’t still following a low carb lifestyle of some sort.”  George Stella offers these suddenly abandoned people a refuge at StellaStyle.com.
