Famous Amityville residents include NBA Player Mike James, MLB Player Tony Graffanino, Astronaut Kevin Kregel, Al Capone, George Lutz, Annie Oakley, and Andria Francis. Amityville has also spawned the famous rock band Taking Back Sunday, who have found global commercial success.
