PETA TO BENEFIT FROM “DANGEROUS PASSIONS”!

Artist To Donate Proceeds From Sales To Ethical Organization!

Actor-Artist David Dayan Fisher, co-star of the film “NATIONAL TREASURE” with Nick Cage, will donate ten per cent of all art sales to PEOPLE for the ETHICAL TREATMENT of ANIMALS (PETA).  Fisher’s one-man show, entitled “DANGEROUS PASSIONS”, will open March 24th, 2006, at the Melrose Lightspace, 7600 Melrose Avenue, Suite N, Los Angeles, Ca. 90046.

Fisher first got the idea of benefitting PETA via a conversation on a plane with a prominent PETA supporter.  They were returning to L.A. from New York, and over the course of the flight, the supporter’s enthusiasm towards PETA rubbed off on him.  It was just a matter of finding the right avenue.

Lisa Lange, spokesperson at PETA says, “It’s great to have David aboard for us.  His work ethic is admirable; a perfect representation of what we stand for.  He’s a superb artist and human being.  We’re honored that he’s decided to connect with PETA.”

Fisher brings a vivid mixture of delicious color and “touch me” texture to his canvasses.  The viewer is carried through a world of bold emotional strength and spontaneous beauty.  He brings a passion to the process that few can equal.

The show will be held from 5 PM to 11 PM, will feature the entire cross-section of David’s work. “Wine and nibbles” will be served.
