Briarcliff Manor is a village in Westchester County, New York, United States. It is shared between the towns of Mount Pleasant and Ossining. As of the 2000 census, the village population was 7,696, over 91 percent of whom lived in the Town of Ossining. The town is known for its award-winning school district ranked 94th nationally as a public school system and is also home to a campus of Pace University. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 17.3 square kilometers.
